HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Well, you're in the store right now. It’s the usual web shopping sort of drill, with little buttons that you press to pick what you want and a shopping cart and stuff.

WHAT IF A TEE IS OUT OF STOCK?

If an item is not in stock, you shouldn’t be able to order it online. If there’s a hiccup in our system, we will either refund your purchase or exchange it.

 

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

For first time orders, we require payment in advance via credit card or wire transfer. Thereafter, upon credit check approval, payment terms are Net 30 and payable via check, credit card or wire transfer.

 

Wire Transfer: We accept wire transfers to our USD or EUR accounts. Please contact us for account details.

 

Credit Card: We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. Any Debit Card or ATM card with the Visa or MasterCard logo is fine.

 

Other Terms: If you would like to discuss terms other than Net 30 (such as 2%/Net 15), please contact us HERE, and one of our customer service reps will contact you.

 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Only in the state of New York because their government is run by thieves and hucksters. Just kidding. But yeah, only in the state of New York. Residents of the EU will be required to pay VAT, but that’s a small thing to exchange for living amidst the history, canals, and like cathedrals and stuff that are in Europe. Also, the VAT is included in the price already.

 

HOW DO I ASK A QUESTION ABOUT MY PURCHASE?

If you haven’t found an answer in the FAQ section, then please use our Contact Form. Our helpful customer service reps will get back to you quickly.

 

CAN I ACCESS YOUR WHOLESALE PRICES?

Currently we can only give you access to our wholesale pricelist when you have an account with us. Once you have an account, you can view and/or download our pricelist.

 

HOW CAN I SET UP A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT?

Just visit our Wholesale Section and register.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR CASE QUANTITIES?

We sell products by the piece, dozen, or case. When you buy a dozen or a full case of a specific product—same size and color—the price per piece lowers. Buying a case means you are getting the lowest price available.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

It varies depending upon where we're sending it, what method we're using, and how much product is ordered, but if you want to know exactly how much it will be, simply add the items you're interested in to your shopping cart. Shipping will be listed on the first page of the checkout process, which is before you'd have to enter any personal info.

 

CAN I GET A PRICE LIST

Absolutely; but you have to register first.

 

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?

We ship within 48 hours, which is two days, which is the sun and moon rising and setting twice each, which is fast. North and South American customers have the option of Expedited Shipping. All other regions go through An Post's Registered Post service. They ship via Ground or Air, depending on your location. Our warehouses are in New Jersey and Ireland, so wait times can range between 1 to 10 days.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Major carriers such as UPS are not allowed to ship to P.O. boxes due to federal regulations. Sorry. However, the USPS will ship to PO Boxes outside the US.

 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY SHIPMENT WHEN IT ARRIVES?

No, you don’t. You can hide behind the living room curtains and watch the mail carrier put it down, then scurry out of your cave and grab it once the coast is clear.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

If you've had your order shipped to the US, you can track your order online using UPS' fancy tracking tool. It's accessible through our Customer Service section. If your order was shipped outside the US, it's still possible to track it, but we'll have to take care of that ourselves - just contact us and let us know.

 

HOW ARE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGED?

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice(s). Unless you provide us with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the Product ship-to location prior to Seller’s acceptance of the order, Customer is responsible for Products and services tax, sales and all other taxes. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice.

 

Return shipping charges must be prepaid by Customer and Customer must insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment and the refund credit will not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the applicable invoice, and will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check for any discrepancies with an order before any alterations or embellishments are made to the garments received. Altered garments, excluding any irregulars, are not returnable. Incorrectly received Products or irregulars must be returned within 10 days of receipt and are fully refundable. All claims for shortages, damages, price discrepancies, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of good.

 

Return shipping charges must be prepaid by Customer and Customer must insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment and the refund credit will not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the applicable invoice, and will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee (the "Restocking Fee"), unless otherwise prohibited by law. Discontinued items are not returnable, whether they were purchased when a regularly stocked item, or if purchased when already discontinued.

WHAT ARE YOUR STYLE OPTIONS?

Men’s, women’s, Unisex and Kids’ t-shirts. But if you’re a woman you can still wear a man’s, and vice-versa. We don’t want to, like, dictate your gender politics to you. And you can try to squeeze into a kids’ whatever size you are, but it might not be a good idea until that early 90s baby-tee thing comes back in style, which will inevitably happen soon anyway. So actually maybe you better stock up on kids’ tees now.

 

WHAT COLORS DO YOU HAVE?

Black, White and Natural. (We write them in uppercase because it makes them look important. See, look at this: white, black. Now look at this: Black, White. Looks way more serious, right?) Black and White are available in conventional or 100 percent organic cotton. Natural is 100 percent organic, undyed and made in Uganda. They can be garment dyed, although the thread in the stitching will stay the original color, which actually looks really cool and aged and "wrong in a right way," if you know what we mean. And if you do garment dye, order a size up, because the tees will shrink about 6-8%.

 

WHY ARE THERE ONLY A FEW COLORS?

Because we want to start simple. Because Rome wasn’t built in a day. Because Black and White are the elemental wellsprings of all things in the universe, man. We’ll add more colors soon though.

 

WILL MY EDUN LIVE T-SHIRT SHRINK WHEN I DRY IT?

Yes, it will about 3-5%. Our tees are not pre-washed so you should tumble dry low unless you like your tees on the tight side, which we personally don't. As we’ve said elsewhere, hanging them to dry not only reduces your "carbon footprint" (we are already tired of that phrase), but also avoids shrinkage and gives them a nice natural kind of feel. At least that's what we think.

 

HOW DOES THE SIZING WORK?

Check the Sizing Charts. They were designed by a team of German mathematicians on pharmaceutical-grade meth-amphetamine, so they are insanely accurate.

 

DO YOU SCREENPRINT THE T-SHIRTS?

We don’t, but these guys do.
